Class Policy: Class fees are due at time of registration, with no exceptions. Class fees are non-refundable, except in the case that we must cancel a class. In that case, registrants will be refunded class fees, or they may choose to register in another class. Class supply lists will be given at registration Note: Class registration fees are for instruction only. Books, patterns and fabric are not included in registration fees, except where noted. |

Beginner Orientation ~ FREE Interested in taking up quilting as a hobby? This night of orientation is just for you! Come and meet the owners, Cindy & Sharon, and learn all about the craft of quilting. We’ll show you how to manouver your way around a quilt shop, get you familiar with some quilting terminology, and show you some fabulous things you can create. This is a great introduction to the craft, and is recommended for anyone taking a beginner class. Tuesday Jan 12 from 6-8pm OR Wednesday March 10 from 6-8pm

Threads in Motion with Al Kelly ~ The ULTIMATE Free Motion Class ~ $75.00 Learn to use your machine in ways you have never before! Learn cleaning and maintenance, how a sewing machine works, trouble shooting, and all about needles and different threads. Then PLAY as you learn Al`s tips and tricks for flawless free motion quilting. Exercises will sharpen your skills as a machine quilter as you learn to perfect your stitch length and create smooth flowing quilting designs. This is one class you will not want to miss; it will take you to the next level… as a real artist! Yellow Brick Road ~ Beginner ~ $75.00 One of the most well known quilt patterns is the Yellow Brick Road. So versatile and simple, it’s a great project for beginners. Just grab a handful of fat quarters (we’ll show you what they are) and you’re on the road to a fast and fun quilt! Learn the basics of rotary cutting, piecing blocks together and assembling a quilt top. Make any size you want, from a baby quilt, to a king sized bed quilt. This quilt is a great way to begin your new quilting hobby, or just brush up on the basics.
